Good Coachbuilders are hard to find, our employee's need a broad skill set from general fabrication, tig and mig welding through to carpentry and sheet metal work as well as the ability to 'fit in', work as part of a team and use their own initiative.

A large number of our employee's have worked here for more than 20 years, some since leaving school and a few have more than 30 years on the clock !!

While there are not always vacancies available, we are always interested in the type of person with the abilities we need and the character to fit in.
