SONY - NXTV OB returns after paint

Designed and built by JS Fraser using 3D CAD technology the revolutionary Outside Broadcast Unit produced in partnership with Sony China for NXTV, one of China’s largest digital TV and outside broadcast organisations, returns from painting.

The trailer is accurately colour matched in the unique Volvo Winter White of the tractor unit being sourced in China, and the painting process was completed in JS Fraser’s purpose built 60’ commercial oven ensuring a high quality durable finish unmatched by traditional methods.

Amongst the unique features is the installation of a highly advanced and bespoke CANbus system to control the electrical systems increasing long term electrical reliability to otherwise unachievable levels.

Amongst a host of key benefits, we have dramatically simplified the wiring, significantly reduced weight, reduced the use of valuable scarce resources, improved the availability of key operational information and reduced the whole life environmental impact of the vehicle.
