UK Public Sector Framework Agreement - Vehicle Conversions
J S Fraser are party to a number of major UK public sector framework agreements including the main UK vehicle conversion framework covering most types of vehicle conversion (excludes front line ambulances) across the entire UK public sector.

Valid 25th July 2009 to 14th July 2012 (with possible 12 month extension)
Buying Solutions manages the framework (originally set up by PASA). Buying Solutions is the national procurement partner for UK public services. It was established in 2001 and is an Executive Agency of the Office of Government Commerce in the Treasury.
Summary details of the framework are given below:
Lot 1 - car
This lot allows for any car to be converted through the framework, from a complex fast response vehicle (FRV) to a doctors car with some lights on top and everything in between.
Lot 2 - van
This lot allows for any van to be converted through the framework, from a patient transport service vehicle to a minibus and everything in between.
Lot 3 - CEN
This lot allows for any van conversion which is CEN compliant to be converted through the framework. This lot does NOT support the conversion of the box body A&E front line ambulance, these can only be bought via the A&E Framework
