As part of the assessment we demonstrated our significant investment in introducing sophisticated electronic documentation across a wide range of processes improving control and accuracy while reducing workload by reducing duplication.

Key developments include:

• Complex paper based documentation replaced by electronic based systems with automated links to related systems and processes
• Introduction of instantaneous and extremely accurate forward views of sales and workshop throughput
• Automatic generation of the full suite of documentation  - from quotations through to manufacturing and  customer hand-over sign off - the entire process is linked electronically
• Implementation of formal Project Management for all large projects
